dublabの設立20周年を記念した24時間放送がワールドワイドにおこなわれます。
日本の「dublab.jp」スペインの「dublab.es」ドイツの「dublab.de」ブラジルの「dublab.br」 そしてLAの「dublab.com」が順番に放送をしていきます。dublab.jpは日本時間で9月27日(金)午後4時から9時までの5時間を担当します。

dublab is 20 years old! We will have traveled from Japan to Spain, Germany to Brasil, and ended up back in LA over the course of a 24 hour worldwide broadcast from dublab satellites all across the world today.

ミラーボールの煌めき、陽炎の揺らめき、終わりのある永遠、毎秒が旅のはじまり。
DJ Emeraldは、光と影の間を浮遊するかのようなミックスで都内のクラウドを魅了している。クラブ、ライブハウス、ホテルラウンジ、ポップアップストア、カフェなど、シーンによりジャンル、ムード、コントラストは様々。
2015年にソウル、2016年にロンドン、パリでもプレイ。
2017年5月、ヘルシンキ発のアートファッションマガジン『REVS Japan』へ寄稿。
2019年3月より、ロサンゼルスの非営利ネットラジオ『dublab』の日本ブランチ『dublab.jp』にて、自身の番組《In Every Second Dream》をスタート。
Based in Tokyo, DJ Emerald has been fascinating audiences with her talent for creating deeply layered mixes of sound, taking the listener on a journey through a complex universe of light and shadow, energy and pulse.
She played in Seoul, London and Paris, and Dekmantel Festival in Tokyo on 2015-2016.
In 2017, she contributed to the art fashion magazine “REVS Japan” from Helsinki.
She also started her own program “In Every Second Dream” on the Japanese branch “dublab.jp” of the non-profit Internet radio “dublab” in Los Angeles since March 2019.

名古屋出身の電子音楽家。
2012年にNYの〈Orange Milk〉よりリリースしたデビュー作『Shokuhin』を皮切りに、Diplo率いる〈Mad decent〉を含む、国内外の様々なレーベルからリリースを重ね、2016年の『Ez Minzoku』は、海外はPitchforkのエクスペリメンタル部門、FACT Magazine, Tiny Mix Tapesなどの年間ベスト、国内ではMusic Magazineのダンス部門の年間ベストにも選出され、その年に行われたワールド・ツアーではUnsound、Boiler Room、Low End Theoryに出演。自身のルーツの一つでもある沖縄を背景に、シカゴ・フットワークからのインスパイアとポスト・インターネット以降のハイブリッドな感覚から浮かび上がる特異のサウンドはニューエイジやアンビエントとひも付きながら、新世代の電子音楽やアヴァンギャルドとして楽曲の制作を行なっている。2018年9月に＜Sun Ark / Drag City>からLP『ARU OTOKO NO DENSETSU』、同年11月にはNYの＜Palto Flats＞からEP『Moriyama』を立て続けにリリース。2019年3月には＜Mad Decent＞からEP『ODOODO』をリリースした。
4. “ZANKYO Mix” by Takayuki Shiraishi
今回はダンスフロアでのDJとは別に以前から時々やっている、ジャンルや時代を跨いだフリーフォームなセット。ビートで繋ぐのではなく、曲の中に隠れているリズムを探しながら、そのウネリを繋いで長い1曲を組み立てるイメージ。60年代から現代までの電子音楽、ジャズ、サイケ、ダブ、ゴスペル、アンビエントなどなど、あと今回は自分の曲も何曲か使い、エフェクトを多用しつつ重ね合わせたり溶け合わせたりしています。ターンテーブルの上の自由。

– 白石隆之 Takayuki Shiraishi
DJ / Producer
東京生まれ。70年代後半、パンク～ポストパンクの影響で音楽制作を始める。1980年、高校生の時に日本の伝説的レーベルVanity RecordsよりBGM名義でアルバムを発表。80年代末にはデトロイトテクノとの出会いをキッカケにダンス・ミュージックへシフトし、95年にテクノの名門レーベル、ベルギーR&S傘下のApolloからPLANETOID名義でシングルをリリース。その後、日本のテクノ黎明期を代表するSyzygyを始めとした様々なレーベルからテクノ、ディープハウス、ブレイクビーツ、アンビエントなど様々なスタイルの作品を発表。2019年8月にはMule Musiqの別部門Studio Muleより、80年代後半にレコーディングした未発表曲をコンパイルしたアルバム『Missing Link』をリリース。10月末にはBGM『Back Ground Music』のリイシューを予定している。

サウンドアーティスト/プロデューサー。音楽と建築を学び、建築音響設計家として活動した後、国内外のフィルムや舞台、空間/環境デザインにおけるサウンドスペースデザインなどサウンドに係る広い表現領域のプロジェクトを手掛ける。主な受賞に「ADFEST 2019 MEDIA LOTUS、AUDIO LOTUS」「Spikes Asia 2018 Radio & Audio」など。
サウンドアート、エレクトロニックミュージック、エレクトロアコースティックの分野で10年以上に渡り作曲とインスタレーションの分野で国際的に活躍。これまでにドイツの名門KOMPAKTをはじめとするSerein(英)、Baskaru(仏)など欧米各国より多くの作品を発表。2013-15年、スペイン・バルセロナのオーディオ・ヴィジュアル・フェスティバル『STORUNG FESTIVAL』にてモーリッツ・フォン・オズワルド、ミカ・ヴァイニオ、フランク・ブレットシュナイダー、ニコラス・ベルニエらと共に出演。2016年、日本の雅楽で用いられる邦楽器「笙」を石川 高に師事。これまでに武蔵野美術大学、立教大学などでサウンドアートの教鞭をとる。ソロワークのほか、英国ロイヤル・バレエ団作曲家Scanner、バージニア・コモンウェルス大学教授Stephen Vitielloなど様々な分野のアーティストと協働。
メディア/ハイブリッドアートの分野にて、インスタレーションを通じたアート作品制作を中心とするnorの創設メンバーとして、空間/映像/音など様々な表現領域における手法と技術の混交によるインスタレーション作品を制作。主な展覧会に『Open Space』(NTTInterCommunication Center [ICC])、『MEDIA AMBITION TOKYO』、『MUTEK.JP』など。
Yui Onodera is a Tokyo-based producer, sounds artist whose works explore the relation between musical forms, architectural acoustics and spatial awareness. As a sounds artist, he has a distinctive figure in the fields of experimental electronic music, modern ambient and electro-acoustic music, working across the spheres of composition and installation work for over 10 years. Exploring notions of perception, memory and sonic afect across a wide array of creative forms, he uses a broad palette of musical instruments, field recordings and electronics to craft provocative listening experiences and creating dense clouds of blurry, hypnotic sound. His works are widely published internationally, he has released numerous works on esteemed labels like KOMPAKT (DE), Serein (UK), Baskaru (FR) and more. He has also produced collaboration works with artists from every imaginable genre: sound artists Stephen Vitiello, composer Scanner, musician/visual artist Robert Lippok, electronic music duo Pjusk, vibraphone player/composer Masayoshi Fujita, musician Chihei Hatakeyama. In 2017, alongside his musical profession he works as a sound art lecturer at Rikkyo University and Musashino Art University.
He studied music and architecture design, after working as an architectural acoustics designer, his familiarity with both the architectural acoustics and sonic arts resulted in numerous commissions to create sounds and music for specific, tangible locations. Interested in the psychological effects of sound, he identify those work as “environmental music”, the Japanese translation of “ambient” but one that framed it in a new context. They are reminded that how this can define and centre yourself within your own space. One of them, was borne from –the corporate benefice of the Japanese airline corporation, designed to be played in their airplane. In parallel to his music career he works on art/media installations. He is a founding member of the art collective Nor whose ethos is centered around the production of multidimensional work through sound, visual and Installation art. In recent years, his work has been exhibited at international festivals and museums including Media Ambition Tokyo, MUTEK Festival (Japan) and NTT inter communication center [ICC].
