2025年10月4日〜5日開催の「EACH STORY ～THE CAMP～2025」にKankyo Dot 2025ver.が展示されます。

世界的に再評価されている日本の環境音楽を80年代より牽引してきた アーティスト・尾島由郎と、LA発のインターネットラジオdublabの日本ブランチdublab.jpが共同開発したサウンドインスタレーション。 半永久的に新しい音楽を構築するシステム「AISO」をエンジンに、 サウンドは 尾島由郎氏と柴野さつき氏、ポートランドを拠点に活動する Visible Cloaksとコラボレーションした「serenitatem」(RVNG Intl.) 収録楽曲「Lapis Lazuli」を分解、再構築し続けます。 今回はベルリン発祥の超高音質なモニタースピーカーブランド ADAM AudioのサウンドによるEach Storyに合わせたスペシャルバージョンで新しいリスニング体験を提供します。

そして今年は現地からのストリーミングも実施。Kankyo Dotが実際の空間で作る上げる複雑なサラウンドな音響と、五光牧場の大自然による自然音がミックスされたサウンドをそのまま、アンビソニックマイクにより収録し、リアルタイムかつバイノーラルでdublab.jpにて配信します。

完全なる偶然が作り出す一回性のBGMを自宅にいながらにして楽しむことができます。

Kankyo Dotの共同開発者である、尾島由郎＆柴野さつきがライブで出演するほか、dublab.jpのファウンダー原雅明がDJとして今年も参加します。

Kankyo Dot 2025 ver. will be presented at “EACH STORY ～THE CAMP～2025,” held on October 4–5, 2025.

This sound installation was jointly developed by composer Yoshiro Ojima, a pioneering artist who has led Japan’s environmental music movement since the 1980s and is now being reappraised worldwide, together with dublab.jp, the Japan branch of the Los Angeles–based internet radio station dublab. Powered by the generative system AISO, which continuously creates new music, the installation disassembles and endlessly reconstructs “Lapis Lazuli” from serenitatem (RVNG Intl.), a collaboration between Ojima, Satsuki Shibano, and Portland-based duo Visible Cloaks. For this edition, audiences will experience a special version tailored to Each Story, featuring the pristine sound of ADAM Audio, the high-end monitor speaker brand originating from Berlin, offering an entirely new listening experience.

This year, for the first time, the installation will also be streamed live from the site. The complex surround sound created by Kankyo Dot in the physical space, blended with the natural sounds of Goko Farm’s vast landscape, will be captured through an ambisonic microphone and delivered in real time as a binaural stream on dublab.jp.

This allows listeners around the world to immerse themselves in a one-of-a-kind BGM created entirely by chance.

In addition to the installation, Kankyo Dot co-creators Yoshiro Ojima & Satsuki Shibano will perform live, and Masaaki Hara, founder of dublab.jp, will once again join as DJ.
