2026年10月3日（土）〜4日（日）に開催される「EACH STORY 〜THE CAMP〜 2026」にて、サウンドインスタレーション「KANKYO DOT」の新作が展示されます。
「KANKYO DOT」は、1980年代から日本の環境音楽のシーンを牽引してきたアーティスト・尾島由郎と、LA発のインターネットラジオdublabの日本ブランチ「dublab.jp」が共同開発したプロジェクトです。
今回のEACH STORYでは、全く新しいコンセプトによる新作『KANKYO DOT: Resonant Fields』を初公開。
開催期間中の31時間にわたり、サウンドは8つの章を緩やかに推移しながら、絶えず変化し続ける環境を創り出します。これらは独立した楽曲ではなく、森が時間とともに姿を変えていく試みです。
本展示では、ベルリン発のプロフェッショナル・モニタースピーカーブランド「ADAM Audio」、半永久的に新しい音楽を構築するシステム「AISO」の技術を結集し、EACH STORYの空間に最適化したスペシャルバージョンを制作。森の中に点在するスピーカーからサラウンドで放たれる高音質なサウンドが、これまでにない自然の中へ没入するリスニング体験をもたらします。
さらに、現地・五光牧場からのライブストリーミング配信も実施。KANKYO DOTが創り出す複雑なサラウンド音響と、大自然の環境音がミックスされた一瞬の空気感を、アンビソニックマイクでそのまま収録。dublab.jpにて、臨場感あふれる「バイノーラル・サウンド」として世界へ生配信します。完全なる偶然性が織りなす、二度と訪れない一回性の環境音楽を、世界のどこからでも体感していただけます。

A new piece for the sound installation “KANKYO DOT” will be unveiled at “EACH STORY ~THE CAMP~ 2026,” held on October 3 (Sat) and 4 (Sun), 2026.
“KANKYO DOT” is a collaborative project between Yoshio Ojima—a pioneering composer who has been at the forefront of the Japanese ambient music (Kankyō Ongaku) scene since the 1980s—and dublab.jp, the Japanese branch of the LA-based internet radio station dublab.
At this edition of EACH STORY, a brand-new iteration based on a completely fresh concept, titled “KANKYO DOT: Resonant Fields,” will make its debut. Over the 31 hours of the event, the sound will subtly transition through eight distinct chapters, creating an ever-evolving environment. These are not standalone tracks, but an experiment in which the forest itself transforms over time.
For this exhibition, a special version optimized for the space at EACH STORY has been created by bringing together the sound system from Berlin’s professional monitor speaker brand ADAM Audio and AISO, a generative system that semi-perpetually constructs new music. High-fidelity surround sound emitted from speakers dotted throughout the forest offers an unprecedented, immersive listening experience deep within nature.
Furthermore, a live streaming broadcast will be transmitted directly from the site at Gokou Ranch. Capturing the fleeting atmosphere where the complex surround acoustics created by KANKYO DOT intersect with the ambient sounds of nature, the soundscape will be recorded via ambisonic microphones and broadcast worldwide in real time as an immersive binaural stream on dublab.jp. Listeners anywhere in the world can experience this one-of-a-kind environmental music woven by complete serendipity.

尾島由郎
一貫してアンビエント／環境音楽の可能性を追求してきた日本の音楽家・音楽プロデューサー。1980年代よりスパイラル（ワコールアートセンター）をはじめとする多くの建築空間において、音環境の設計を手がける。80年代から90年代にかけて複数のアンビエント作品を発表し、近年はそれらのアルバムが海外レーベルより再発され、再評価が進んでいる。現在もジェネレーティブ技術と連携し、聴覚の新たな可能性を探る活動を展開している。また、ピアニスト・柴野さつきやVisible Cloaksとの共演を重ね、ピアノ、電子音、フィールドレコーディングを組み合わせた空間的なライブ表現を国内外で行っている。近年は柴野とのデュオでヨーロッパおよびアメリカ西海岸からニューヨークを巡るツアーを実施。JACCC（LA）「Kankyō Ongaku: An Evening of Environmental Music」ではデュオとしても出演し、Public Records（NY）「a tribute to St. GIGA」ではVisible Cloaksとのカルテット編成によるステージを成功させた。

柴野さつき
エリック・サティをはじめとするフランス近代音楽のスペシャリスト。1979年に渡仏し、サティの演奏家として知られるジャン＝ジョエル・バルビエに師事。1981年、パリのエスパースジャポンにてデビューリサイタルを開催。帰国後はサティ作品の演奏を中心に数多くのアルバムを発表し、現代音楽やアンビエントの領域を横断する独自の演奏活動を展開してきた。作曲家・芦川聡が企画した環境音楽シリーズ《Wave Notation》の第3作として1984年にリリースされた『Erik Satie 1984 – Wave Notation 3』は、2023年にWRWTFWW Recordsより再発され、国内外で再評価されている。近年は尾島由郎とのデュオによる活動を軸に据え、ピアノと電子音を織り交ぜた空間的なライブパフォーマンスを展開している。
